Father Faces
Child Abuse Charges

Henderson County father will face a judge Tuesday on
child abuse charges, after investigators say his son
tested positive for meth.
According to authorities,
Timothy Davis is facing two counts of child abuse and
neglect. He was arrested last Wednesday.
Davis also faces child
reckless endangerment charges and violation of parole.
