to Find Killer

The 44-year-old locksmith and father of seven sons was shot last Wednesday morning while helping a customer in west Jackson. He died a day later.
Jackson business
leaders are putting their money where their mouths
are in the search for Jackson businessman Troy
Mitchell's killer. As of Monday night, the reward
sits at $5,000. Business owners are offering $4,000
for information leading to the arrest and conviction
of Mitchell's murderer, while Crime Stoppers is
adding up to $1,000 for tips leading to an
arrest. Donations can be made to the Troy Mitchell
Reward Fund and any Bancorp South branch. Any money
not used for the reward will be given to the family.
