in Break-in, Indicted

Three Jackson men,
accused of a break-in that ended in a gunfight with
the homeowner will be tried in the case.

Tarrance Fuller,
24, David Fuller, 19 and Bernard Ridley, 20 were all
indicted by a Madison County grand jury, Monday on
charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated assault
and having a prohibited weapon and theft.
The three are accused of breaking into a home on Old
Oak Circle, June 9. Investigators believe they
targeted the house for drugs. They were arrested
soon after the burglary and remain jailed in lieu of
bond.
