The two men accused
of robbing a preacher and trying to use his credit
card to buy beer have been indicted by a Madison
County grand jury.

County grand jury.
Theodus Mario
Whitmore, 39 for Brownsville was charged with
robbery and identity theft in the July 22 robbery.
Martral Seaberry, 23 was indicted on the same
charges in connection with the robbery of an
81-year-old minister in a north Jackson grocery
store parking lot. Both men remain behind bars in
lieu of bond.
