Jackson police said their investigation shows Molly Donaldson, 22, participated in the premeditated murder of her husband Chico Donaldson, 22. The additional murder charge was presented to the Madison County Grand Jury, Monday.

Molly Donaldson was previously indicted on charges of tampering with evidence and filing a false report.

She was rearrested Tuesday morning at a home in Henderson. Prior to this indictment, she was released from jail on $50,000 bond.
