An arrest has been made in the suspicious death of Humboldt man back in August. 
 
According to Humboldt police, Jessie Haynes, 65 was charged with criminally negligent homicide and possession of drugs with intent to distribute. Investigators said Haynes supplied drugs to Michael Lynn Armstrong and believed that contributed to his death on August 1. Officers said Armstrong died of an overdose at his home.
 
 Haynes is currently free on bond.
