According to officer,
Tracy Nutting, 45 has been charged with violating the
state's liquor law. He is being held in lieu for $1,500
bond. McKenzie police said when they served a search
warrant at the home, Tuesday they found almost 50
gallons of moonshine in the making. Investigators seized
a still and several other items used to make alcohol.
Nutting was not home during the search and surrendered
to police, Wednesday morning.

The man who owned the
McKenzie home where investigators found moonshine,
Tuesday has turned himself in to police.
According to officer,
Tracy Nutting, 45 has been charged with violating the
