A convicted sex offender
has been indicted on charges of defacing the gravesite
of a girl that his family said he molested.
According to the Henry
County Sheriff's Department, James Lloyd Wilson, 50 was
charged with felony trespassing and injuring cemetery
property. He was arrested back in June after officers
connected several items that went missing from the grave
to Wilson, including flowers, wrought iron crosses and a
temporary marker. Wilson was convicted of sexual
battery in 1991 and according to family members, his
daughter was his victim.
He is currently free on
a $10,000 bond .
