The man who first told police he was shot at by another man at an east Jackson car wash, then changed his story now faces charges of his own.

Antonio Brown, 29 was in court Thursday, charged with aggravated perjury and filing a false report in connection with the shooting at the car wash on Lane Avenue October 5.  Brown was charged last week after testifying at a preliminary hearing that he could no identify Travarious White, 21, as the man who shot at him, which contradicts a signed statement he gave to Jackson police.  Brown's attorney was granted a delay until next week for the hearing in city court.

Brown is free on a $10,000 bond.
