Jackson Police need your help to find a thief who was caught by surveillance cameras literally with his hand in the candy jar.
Surveillance video shows the
young man looking directly at the camera as he takes the
candy. Investigators said he and a second person got away
with hundreds of dollars during an early Monday morning
robbery. Detectives believe the two were able to climb
through an unlocked, second story window of the Howard
Johnson Express Hotel off of Interstate 40 and pry open a
cash drawer. The hotel is currently being renovated.
