Arrests Made
in Mitchell Murder Case

Investigators said they have charged
Ameale Hudson, 24 of Jackson and a
15-year-old juvenile with felony murder
and especially aggravated
robbery. Officers said Hudson lives in
the Guardian Courts apartments just off
of Hollywood Drive, the same location
where Mitchell was shot on October 28
while working on a customer's car in
the parking lot.
Two
arrests have been made in the murder
investigation of Jackson businessman,
Troy Mitchell.
Investigators said they have charged

robbery. Officers said Hudson lives in
the Guardian Courts apartments just off
of Hollywood Drive, the same location
where Mitchell was shot on October 28
while working on a customer's car in
the parking lot.
Friday
morning, police and agents with the ATF
and the FBI served two search warrants
at homes near Guardian Courts
on Hollywood Drive. They said they
seized 12 firearms as well as a stolen
flat screen TV and evidence related to
Mitchell's death. Hudson will be
formally charged, Monday morning.
Officers
said the juvenile will appear in
juvenile court and investigators
anticipate having him transferred to
adult court. Officers also said even
though two arrests have
been made their investigation continues
and a reward for information in this
case has grown to $6,000. If you can
