Emergency crews respond to structure fire
TRENTON, Tenn. – The Dyer Fire Department assisted multiple agencies in responding to a structure fire on Saturday, January 24.
According to a post by Dyer Fire, the structure fire was on West 10th Street in Trenton.
Dyer assisted Trenton Fire Department, Trenton Police Department, Gibson County Fire Department, Humboldt Fire Department, Gibson County EMA, and Gibson County EMS.
According to Dyer Fire Department’s post, the crews faced 14 degree weather and a -4 wind chill.
The Gibson County Fire Department said the tough weather conditions required “multiple rehab trips for firemen to prevent hypothermia and dehydration.”
Gibson County Fire said there were no injuries to the resident of the home.
